Refinishing your concrete garage floor is a great way to add stain resistance and a more polished look. We use epoxy / resin finishes with options for vinyl chips, terazzo, etc. We can work with your existing concrete garage floor or we also pour new concrete for flatwork projects. Acid stained garage floors are also a nice option if you are looking for strong color and design.
The floor was first acid stained. Then, using a concrete saw, we cut the 1/8” inch deep circular brick into the concrete—cutting away the color and giving a grout lines. Using a template, engraving the pattern, and filling the areas with red and green self-leveling epoxy made the grapes in the center of the circular brick.
The garage is no longer the neglected room. Cabinets provide a place to put things away and finished floors reduce the dust and dirt tracked into the house and make it an enjoyable place to work. A clear epoxy with light blue, tan, white and black vinyl chips gave this garage a beautiful look. Notice the logo in the floor?
This 60 year-old garage in Washington Park was used for much more than just parking cars, so the homeowners wanted to clean up the floor. Concrete stains and dyes, along with sweeping ribbons of color were used to mask years of dirt and oil stains. The walls have been dry-walled and painted and the new party room is open!
Garages are used for cars. They are also often where you will find the workshop. This workshop has a floor that is durable, easy to keep clean and attractive. The saw cuts are filled with black grout to give the floor a flat surface.
We had the pleasure of participating in the construction of this beautiful log home in Evergreen. Slide-lok polyaspartic with white pigment, light broadcast of black and gray chips in the field and a full broadcast of chips on the border and stem wall. In addition to the garage floor, a closet and the sauna room were also done.
Jay's garage and storage area are now functional and beautiful. Once ground, the concrete was primed, a Spanish Tile colored, epoxy bond coat was rolled and black and white vinyl chips broadcast into material. Once cured and excess ships picked up, a clear top coat was applied.
The floor and step walls were ground, acidized and cleaned. Once completely dry the floor was primed and the binder coat was applied. The Provincial Tan pigmented epoxy body coat was put down and the brown, light brown and white chips were lightly broadcast into material. A beautiful looking floor in a beautiful garage/work area.
