We offer concrete sealing services to clean, restain and reseal your decorative concrete. We recommend cleaning and sealing your concrete every 2-4 years, depending on traffic. Depending on the condition of your concrete, we will powerwash it and possibly use special cleaning solutions and/or scrubbers or grinders to remove all existing sealer. Please note that your concrete must dry completely after cleaning and before staining/sealing. Sometimes the drying process requires a full 24 hours. Things like temperature, moisture, and sun/shade exposure will affect the project duration.

***Important information about costs for concrete cleaning & concrete sealing***
While we do not have a minimum square footage for cleaning and sealing concrete, our minimum costs start at $1500. This means the cost per square foot for a small patio (say 300 SF) will be really high. This is due to our labor costs, and the fact that we usually have to spread the project out over two days, so the cleaned concrete can properly dry before applying the sealer. You will see a much lower cost per square foot as the size of your project increases, particularly when it is over 1500 SF.
