The first coat of the overlay material (Miracote MPC, colored gray) was troweled on the patio of this beautiful home in Castle Rock. Once cured, the flagstone pattern was taped and the second coat of Provincial Tan colored MPC was applied with a textured trowel technique. The border was also troweled and the color is Copper Kettle. A matte finish sealer and slip resistance material was applied as the top coat.

This beautiful home in the Winter Park, CO area was the site for a Miracote Miraflex II system on the upper deck and a matching overlay on the lower patio. Once the waterproofing system was applied to the upper plywood deck and crack repair and mesh was applied to the lower patio, the decorative overlay work began. Following the application of the first coat, the Ashlar pattern was taped; the top coat was troweled to achieve the desired look. Solvent-based sealer completed the project. The pool deck at this beautiful apartment complex in Englewood, CO needed some attention prior to opening up for the summer season. Repairing the cracks and spalling was completed prior to the decorative process. We then used two shades of gray to get this beautiful look. The overlay was sprayed to provide a surface with some slip resistance when wet. The project was sealed with two coats of solvent-based sealer.
