Decorative Concrete for Waterproof Decking

This beautiful home in the Winter Park, CO area was the site for a Miracote Miraflex II system on the upper deck and a matching overlay on the lower patio. Once the waterproofing system was applied to the upper plywood deck and crack repair and mesh was applied to the lower patio, the decorative overlay work began. Following the application of the first coat, the Ashlar pattern was taped; the top coat was troweled to achieve the desired look. Solvent-based sealer completed the project.
